📄 Cancellation Policy (Clear, Professional, Client‑Friendly)

Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • Block sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.

  • Refunds are not available, but sessions can be transferred to another date within the block period.

This policy helps me keep the studio running smoothly and ensures fairness for all clients.
