About Me

Prior to my time as a Pilates Instructor, I spent my time working in the corporate world, tackling my own back pain and hypermobility which at times prevented me from being able to live my life to the fullest. Through my healing journey I found the wonderful world of Pilates and now want to share what I learnt and how much its can change your life with my clients.
 I love to explore thoughtful and dynamic movement to help you discover a deep connection to your body and realise just what it's capable of, working with the body you have to help achieve pain free movement. I aspire to help people feel stronger and more confident in their bodies. I love to create a space where mindful movement is just as important and physical movement, but more importantly your having fun as you move, making you feel good inside and out.
