As you search for your first pilates experience, know that all Pilates instruction is not the same. I completed my training with Romana Kryzanowska in 2005. I continue to work with Romana, Sari (Romana's daughter) and selected master teachers, several times a year in the form of private lessons and Continuing Education Seminars. Romana trained with Joseph Pilates for decades and fulfilled the mission of teaching the world Pilates. Romana is Joseph Pilates' living protege.
